These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NESU Travels' services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, holiday packages, and related travel services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

NESU Travels offers:

• Flight booking and reservation services
• Hotel and accommodation bookings
• Visa application assistance
• Holiday and tour packages
• Umrah and religious travel packages
• Immigration and passport services
• Travel insurance

3. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment (or agreed deposit) and issue a confirmation. Quoted prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before travel unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified
• Payment processing fees may apply for certain payment methods

Price Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate pricing. However, in case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the price before confirming your booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Flight Bookings

• Cancellation charges are as per airline policy
• We charge a service fee for processing cancellations
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 7-21 business days

Holiday Packages

• More than 30 days before travel: 25% cancellation charge
• 15-30 days before travel: 50% cancellation charge
• 7-14 days before travel: 75% cancellation charge
• Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charge

Visa Services

Visa service fees are non-refundable once the application process has begun. Embassy/consulate fees follow their respective refund policies.

5. Travel Documents and Responsibility

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months from travel date)
• Provide accurate personal information for bookings
• Obtain necessary visas and travel permits
• Meet health and vaccination requirements
• Arrive at airports/stations with adequate time
• Follow airline baggage and check-in rules

Our Role

While we assist with visa applications and provide guidance, we do not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest with the respective embassies/consulates.

6. Limitation of Liability

NESU Travels is not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
• Hotel overbookings or service quality issues
• Visa rejections by embassies or consulates
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings
• Injuries, accidents, or health issues during travel
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics)

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all international trips.

7. Changes to Bookings

Requests for changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Name changes on airline tickets are generally not permitted and may require a new booking.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. We can assist in arranging suitable travel insurance upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of NESU Travels and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Umrah and Religious Travel

For Umrah and religious travel packages:

• We are an authorized Umrah service provider
• Pilgrims must meet all Saudi Arabian entry requirements
• Health and vaccination requirements must be fulfilled
• Strict adherence to package schedules is required
• Respectful behavior and dress code must be maintained
